The Platinum Garden is a queer-led project, inspired by LGBTQI+ gardeners, queer botany and alternative approaches to urban gardening. Rainbow Grow are working  with artist Daniel Baker, volunteers and local mental health groups to create a new queer garden project at Sutton House, a hidden gem of Hackney with over 500 years of fascinating history.

Join us for a special social for LGBTQI+ folks, friends, family and allies. You’ll be able to explore Sutton House, find out how to get involved with the Platinum Garden, and hear a talk on queer botany from Sixto-Juan Zavala (@queerbotany).

Meet new friends and old at this intimate gathering.

Light refreshments will be served.  All welcome!  Please sign up online.
